Return Policy: Your Satisfaction Guaranteed

At WeFix & Trade, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered with our hassle-free return policy. Here are the details:

1. Returns within 14 Days:
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of the Returned Item:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (sometimes we may ask you to come to the store), usually within 2-5 working days.

4. Return Shipping:
To return your product, you should speak to our store team directly for the store address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exclusions or Special Cases:
